Harkwood Services Ltd was founded in 2011, offering services as an independent AV and IT consultancy. Expanding in 2014 to provide custom electronics hardware and software design services.

Harkwood Services is built on over 35 years of experience working with various technologies. We have designed facilities in single rooms, across a whole campus, and at regional and national levels. Solutions have ranged from general small teaching and meeting space systems to facilities for the most secure government systems and services spanning multiple locations, including new-build developments, refurbishments, and relocations.

AV / IT Consultancy

As a truly independent consultancy, the primary focus is on how the users will interact with a system. Only then can technologies can be explored. Technology should never steer the requirement of the client.

Custom Electronics and Software

Where the clients’ requirements did not have an off-the-shelf solution, we have developed bespoke electronics hardware and software to meet them. Many of these solutions are now products sold worldwide.

Harkwood Services is a truly independent consultancy.
We don’t solicit or accept referral fees and have no links to sub-contract installation companies.
Unfortunately, not all consultants operate in the same way.
